Food Network television celebrity Guy Fieri was named Grand Marshal of the Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Infineon Raceway. Mr. Fieri, a Santa Rosa resident, won the title on the hit show, “The Next Food Network Star.”Banking & Finance
Richard Stone, founder and CEO of Salient Wealth Management in San Rafael, was ranked No. 4 in a list of the top 25 independent wealth management advisers in Northern California. He was also ranked the highest in Marin County.Thomas Nave was named vice president for Tamalpais Bank in downtown San Rafael. Mr. Nave will be responsible for handling consumer and business customer relationships.
Travis Credit Union in Vacaville announced appointed Deborah Aspling, a health care executive with more than 17 years of executive leadership experience, to its board of directors. Ms. Aspling currently holds the position of chief operating officer at Kaiser Permanente hospitals in Roseville and Sacramento.

Martin Brand joined the faculty at the Buck Institute for Age Research in Novato. Dr. Brand, known internationally for his work on mitochondria, is establishing a laboratory at the institute with diabetes as part of its research focus.Real Estate
